How long does shipping take?
We aim to dispatch within the next business day. Expect between 2-7 business days for delivery. All deliveries will have a tracking link accessible on the order status page once dispatched.

How many showers do they last?
Sublime shower steamer cubes last 2-3 showers. Signature shower steamer tabs last 1-2 showers. Users can extend usage time by lessening contact with water and keeping the steamers dry in between showers.
How long is their shelf life?
Our formulation and advanced seal packaging means that our shower steamers have up to 2 years of shelf life. We recommend using the products within 6 months of opening, provided storage instructions are followed.
Are they septic-tank safe?
Yes, our steamers are safe for most septic systems when used as intended. We use a mild ingredient to help our steamers foam. It dissolves easily in water and doesn't harm the natural balance inside septic tanks.
Are they safe to use around pets?
Our steamers are safe to use in homes with pets, as long as your pets are not in the shower or directly exposed to the steam while it’s active. However, some animals (especially cats and birds) can be sensitive to strong scents and essential oils.
If a pet has a known sensitivity to essential oils or fragrances, it’s best to use the steamers when they’re not nearby.
